1.       Unnecessary to wait while parking and much more convenient to take car out.
     The upper-layer deck move toward to the road through the rail which are fixed on the ground and make a orthogonal turn when the upper-layer deck reached the end. Then It will descend Vertically  to the ground waiting for loading a car or unloading a car. Comparing with common combilift non-avoiding parking system does not have a narrow gate which is shaped by the chain or wire rope , so parking or taking a car from this equipment will be much easier and more efficient.
2.       more guarantee of reliability
     Transmission part of the equipment are made of high intensity screw stem instead of chain or wire rope. The screw stem has a function of self-lock which means the upper-layer deck will never fall off or descend too quickly because of the screw stem are holding the deck all the time, this design increase the reliability in daily usage.
      When the equipment is working each motion is controlled by a Separated dynamic system , we use PCL program to control 3 motors in the equipment to complete the whole process.
3.       Double the Utilization of space 
      This parking equipment enables 2 cars to park at the same time, any of the car will be free
to move out at any time , as long as there is electricity.( in case of power failure please
refer below)
4.       Specific property right
      After installation of this parking equipment each parking space will be independent and specific , so you may choose to sale or lease to your clients.
5.       Reduce the possibility of malfunction
      Each parking equipment is working independently and the other units will not be affected
even if one unit is out of function. normal parking equipment will break down even a
single unit is out of function , because each unit is associated to each other.
6.       Enable manual operation in case of power failure
      Use the hitch manually from the equipment to release the upper-layer deck to the ground when there is no electricity or power failure. Ground space empty will be the premise!
Release the car from above takes 5 minutes , return the deck back to the upper-layer takes 20minutes.
7.       Less space occupation  
      This parking equipment can be directly installed above the ground.  Widely used along the road, under the garage , parking area of supermarkets , shopping mall, hospital , banks and so on…
Parking Procedure (Parking on the upper deck)
1.  The vehicle awaits parking, the upper deck moves forward along the rail, can turn left or right if need, and descends smoothly.
2.      The vehicle moves onto the deck and the driver disembarks.
3.    The deck rise, turn right or left if need, and draw back along the rail.
When the vehicle parked on the upper deck is required, the procedure for retrieval from the upper deck is reversed. 
The ground level deck is as stable as a natural land parking space, there is no mechanical movement.
The vehicle parked on the landed deck does not need to be removed if the upper deck is moving.
  All procedures of the machine are controlled by the operator.
